In 1994 López Arenal directed the masterpiece of Cuba, "Requiem por Yarini", by Carlos Felipe at the Los Angeles Theatre Center, The monologue "De Pelicula" by Carlos Felipe, La Cofradia, Torrance, L.A ; in 1998 she lead in rol and produced "El Super" de Ivan Acosta, In 1999 she lead in rol and directed an experimental theater staging in "Tula the Pilgrim" by Raúl de Cárdenas, and in 2002 she directed, lead in rol and wrote "Seagulls from Havana" at Los Angeles Theatre Center and in 2004 "El Hombre Inmaculado" by Ramón Ferreira. Teatro Avante directed by Alberto Felix Alberto.
López Arenal Founded and directed the theatrical company The Avellaneda's theatre Group en Los Angeles under the umbrella of CACI. She has been Programing Director and Secretary of the Cuban American Cultural Institute (CACI) since 1997 to 2003. The CACI is a non-profit organization located in Los Angeles, California. She is the President of the "Instituto Cultural René Ariza" in Miami, Florida.In 2009 she directed, lead in rol and wrote La Noche de Eva (Roy Theatre - Time Square Art Center NY).In 2009 received the HOLA AWARDS

Española and ICAIC, directed by Tomás Gutiérrez Alea and written by Lichi Diego and Gabriel García Márquez; "Crin de Venus," directed by Diego Arché and "La Victoria," directed by Tomás Piard. Lead roles in 4 mini - series for Cuban TV "De tu sueño mi sueño," "Capitan Rolando", "Dia y Noche" and " Cosas de Muchachos". Lead role in the Spain's mini series "Amores Dificiles" and the Telemundo's mini- series "Placas", as guest star in Los Angeles, CA. She was the model on "Looking Around L.A" Digital film for JVC and "Una Furtiva Lágrima" music video for Cuban TV. She is working now in Sergio Giral's Film (2008).
